Beautiful blue water, but cold ! I wonder what happened there. Check out how much fun I had at Dl. Bliss in Tahoe.
I had so much fun at Tahoe. Lots of people came. Even though the water was freezing, I still swam in it. It took a while to get used to the water, but as soon as I got in I was fine.
We went on a boat ride to an island. It was pretty cool. The island had lots of rocks to climb on. I'm warning you if you go there the rocks are really slipperey in the water. We climbed to the top of the island and there was a castle. We took pictures I could show you.
The last night my mom and dad went to the casino. I stayed with my grandma. We ate soup. There was split pea soup and chicken noodle soup. I tried the chicken noodle soup blech it was terrible. My grandma tried it too. she said it was probably because it was kourean. Who would eat that! We went down to the beach and drank hot chocolate. We even saw fire works. It was awsome!!!!!!!!!
I had so much fun. I can't wait to go again! Lake Tahoe is so much fun!!!!!!

Clarecat: It was beautiful up there. You are a great camper, but you didn't mention how you freak out when the lanterns catch on fire .... so do I.
It looked like you had fun. I do think that your grandma sounds a bit racist since she thinks that the reason food would taste bad is because it was Korean. I think that Koreans probably really like Korean food. You should ask Paul at church.
I'm so glad you had fun, but I missed seeing you there! The water looks sooo..beautiful!
Clare: Tell uncle Ryan that if he would have tasted the soup, he would have thrown up. All Korean's aren't good cooks!
